Cheryl Milford, Ed.S.
Cheryl has been a practicing educational psychologist for 36 years. Cheryl has spent the last 34 years of her career providing psychological, neurodevelopmental and infant mental health services in neonatal intensive care units and developmental follow-up clinics.
Throughout her career, she has engaged in numerous research projects, program and project development and implementation. Cheryl has worked closely with physicians, nurses, early intervention professionals, mental health professionals and families to provide innovative, evidence-based services for at-risk families and young children.
Cheryl is involved with many organizations. She is the Vice-President of Development for National Perinatal Association and Perinatal Advisory Council: Leadership, Advocacy and Consultation Board Member. Cheryl is a member of the World Association for Infant Mental Health, The Pennsylvania Association for Infant Mental Health and The Association for Pre-and Perinatal Psychology and Health.
Cheryl’s passion is helping families and staff to give optimal care to infants and young children. This care provides the infant or child with the foundation they need to live full, rich and healthy lives.
